Guy's Stuffed Pork Chops
Have your butcher cut your boneless pork chops 1½ to 2 inches thick. Then have the butcher cut a pocket in the middle of the chop leaving ½ inch uncut at both ends and on the bottom. This forms a pocket that will hold the stuffing in place. Sprinkle Guy’s Seasoning into the middle of the chop and then fill with your favorite dressing: Cornbread, Boudin, Dirty Rice, ect.
Sprinkle a thin layer of Guy’s Seasoning over the stuffed pork chop. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 1 ½ hours. Do not cover or wrap in foil, let cool for 10 minutes and then enjoy.
